In 2003, Saybrook, in partnership with Henry Cisneros and one of the nation's largest public pension funds, formed CityView. CityView's mission is to create the highest quality housing for America's working families while at the same time also delivering superior investment performance. CityView's investor allocation has grown from $40 million at inception to nearly a quarter of a billion today. The Fund provides debt and equity financing to the nation's premier urban home-builders, allowing them to design innovative communities and provide the best possible housing for homebuyers at affordable prices.
